Future Facilities

Spanning 39.5 acres in the breathtaking Texas Hill Country, our facilities offer a serene, nature-rich environment designed for both comfort and connection.

The property includes a protected nature preserve with nesting boxes, cedar-mulch walking trails, and thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces. Amenities include four horse stables, a woodworking room, four chicken and duck coops, a cow shed, and eight acres of cleared grazing land.

Residential and operational features include an office building, a private single-bedroom apartment, and a 3,200-square-foot, five-bedroom home with expansive decking, a dedicated water well, and beautifully maintained horticultural gardens complete with swings and a treehouse. An additional 5,700-square-foot, five-bedroom residence sits on 3.75 acres with its own water well. A newly constructed access road connects both properties, supported by installed main septic and water lines, ensuring seamless functionality across the entire site.

2026-2027 Planned Facilities

All development is being planned with future scalability in mind, ensuring the property is fully prepared to support expansion as additional locations come online.

The project includes the following:

  • Demolition and redevelopment of an existing 3,200 sq. ft. home, including the addition of a new story on the south-facing section with an additional bedroom, lounge, bathroom and game room

  • Construction of a new kitchen and dining area to support communal living

  • Internal home renovations and accessibility modifications

  • Installation of a new septic system

  • Construction of a new barn-style woodworking building to support vocational and life-skills development, plus create products for sale

  • Development of three additional 2–3-bedroom homes to provide housing for additional adults and families within our autism community. Naming rights would also be considered, and the objective is to identify, move, and renovate period properties onto the allocated land sites.

  • Expand horticultural gardens for organic fruit, vegetable and salad crops

  • Fencing and driveway to a single-bedroom home
